Having a real real bad breakout right now, probably the worst in years since my puberty. All over the face, seriously. When I wash my face, my heart hurts when my face feels so rough with all the small stubborn spots, not to mention the fact that it does hurt physically as some spots are like so bloody red and swollen.

It kept me wondered for days why I am suffering from such a breakout. I know about excess sebum, stress, hormonal changes, all the common reasons quoted for acnes and pimples. BUT I have got all those things before, but none left me THIS bad.

Then all the sudden I was enlightened. I read in Cleo, Neutrogena advertisement page, that LACK OF MOISTURE is the cause for ADULT ACNE.

Oh hell, how it is just the perfect reason. I now could see the cause of all those stupid pimples and acnes immediately. As a matter of fact, on a couple of days before the breakout occurred, I actually skipped my daily skincare routine which I have been doing religiously for years. I did not apply my moisturizer after cleansing, thinking it should be fine if it is just this time only. Turn out, all those this time only has left my face horribly peppered with all the unsightly acnes and pimples...haiz...

I am now so tempted to try Vichy new product, Normaderm. It promises to solve imperfect skin with its dual-action formula targeting both the skin surface and reach deep into the pores to reconstruct the epidemis.

The product ad just got me spot on! It stated that 1 out of 3 Singapore women suffer from skin imperfections such as Acne (check), Pimples (check) , irregular skin surface (check), localised shine (check) , blackheads (double check!!!) , dilated pores (check too).

Gosh. How terrible is that when you actually one of those make up the figure~
