Now I truly understand what it means .. the last phase of the journey to achieve something is always the hardest part. And nobody become managers without shedding tears. I guess i was too stressed..So many unwanted things happened in chain. 2 aeroplane rides in a day. F-up OT. Cam's unhappy incident. Prospect f***up. My goal is so near, can feel it, can smell it, can touch it. But so many obstacles.. want to make me fall.

So I cried. Just cannot control myself. Just like ystd. A moment of weakness.

When we are too stressed, our mind is blocked. How true!!! I was like hanging on, clinging on to some uncertainty blindly. Never never never deposit all your hope on one source. It will only waste your time. Learn to move on..There will always be the NEXT..I take so long to realize that..But late rather than never..You will learn the lesson faster and remember longer if you experience it yourself. Success is the ability to go from failure to failure without losing the enthusiasm. And the sky is dark just for the stars to look brighter.

Take a step back. Your mind is clearer. You can see more solutions for a problem.

Nothing to lose. It's now or never. If I never grab the chance now, i will regret later, that's i noe. Must fight like there is no tomorrow.. Jia you jia you jia you !!
